By accessing LandIQ, you agree to the following conditions. This platform and its underlying methodology, data processing logic, AI prompting architecture, and report generation workflows are proprietary and confidential.
You agree that you will not: share, distribute, or forward reports or platform outputs to any third party without prior written consent; capture, reproduce, or publish screenshots, screen recordings, or excerpts of this platform; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or replicate the proprietary logic, algorithms, or workflows of this platform; use outputs for any commercial purpose outside of your own personal due diligence; or provide your access credentials to any other person.
Reports generated by LandIQ are based on publicly available GIS data and AI analysis. They do not constitute professional planning advice, legal opinion, or a guarantee of regulatory outcomes. Independent verification by a licensed Ontario planner, engineer, or legal counsel is required before any development decision.
